So many times I read articles or heard about
how people are searching for happiness.
As result we are in constant look out to find
out how to define and achieve desired happiness?
On the other hand right now when I am thinking
about this I question how we become so unsatisfied
with ourselves and our life in general?
Therefore as if we can answer this question then
it is easy to find out how we could comfort
ourselves by self satisfaction that would lead
us to a happy life which is constantly re-definable
and retainable according to our life circumstances.
We cannot define happiness as an exact measuring
or assessment because happiness is relevant with

Therefore I realized the term DYSPHORIA in which
describing the reasons that we might become unhappy
or could say dissatisfy in life.
Dysphoria is a general unhappiness, dissatisfaction,
pessimism, restlessness, and tension and feeling
discomfort in life.
It is combination of depression and anxiety that
tend to be chronic.
It characterized by functional impairment that
is either depression or anxiety.

Above information might give you an idea that
what are the major causes of our dissatisfaction
from ourselves and what are possible results might
