“Awareness” Most often, it is thought that awareness is an indiscriminate,
random process that can be processed by our eyes or ears.
This kind of awareness is only a portion of the characteristics of awareness.
A Gestalt Therapist considers awareness as an interplay in which both the person
and the environment participate. To become aware and alert needs to
identify the sensations and feelings.
Of course the willingness is the essential element in this process
and how often or how much you are willing to be aware of your actions and reactions
or your needs and your desires. Awareness is a joint point between body and mind.
Being aware of self’s physicality and mentality is identifying contact boundary.
Awareness is continuing process which is available all the times that individual can
achieve insight and experiences the life events in present time constantly.
